“全球说”(Talkmate)战略合作伙伴——威创儿童成长平台可儿教育机构受邀出席,可儿教育机构CEO回声在发布会上致辞,并分享了可儿教育机构在儿童教育领域,特别是在儿童多语言教育方面的探索和实践成果。
在过去的两年时间里,可儿教育机构与“全球说”(Talkmate)紧密合作,在构建儿童多语言教育体系方面不断进行着尝试与探索,共同秉承可持续发展优质教育、培养世界小公民的基本理念。

在当日的庆祝宴会上,联合国教科文组织副总干事格塔丘.安吉达(Getachew Engida)、联合国教科文组织知识社会局局长班纳吉博士(Dr Indrajit Banerjee)、中国驻教科文总部代表沈阳大使分别致辞祝贺并对可儿教育机构的创始人刘可夫、CEO回声一行表示感谢,超过50个国家以上的驻教科文代表以及常驻代表团相关负责人参加了本次会议。

可儿教育机构“儿童教育与多语言教育的探索和实践”——
尊敬的各位大使、常驻代表,尊敬的沈阳大使,亲爱的全球说以及教科文的同事们,女士们先生们,下午好!
非常荣幸应教科文与“全球说”(Talkmate)的邀请,我和可儿教育机构的创始人刘可夫先生以及团队成员,一同来到联合国教科文总部,同大家一起分享我们和全球说在儿童教育领域,特别是在儿童多语言教育方面的探索和实践,在此,请接受我们的诚挚问候和深切感激!
可儿教育机构创立22年来,依据以幼儿为本的教育理念;促进孩子心灵成长的美德教育;世界多语言与多元文化相结合的教学体系;饱含文化之美的环境设计,走出了一条独具特色的发展之路。
在儿童教育实践中我们不断地探索着以下这些核心的概念,例如:
~ 人类的集体演进就像个体经历了童年期、青春期,如今正跨入成熟期的门槛。人类将如何发展出一个全球社会所需要培养的新能力?
~ 在这培养新能力的过程中,普及教育如何极大地扩增个人和组织获得知识的机会和条件,以帮助人们发展为谋生立业和满怀信心地建设一个体现正义、平等与团结社会所必需的知识、价值、态度和技能?
~品格发展目标如何贯穿到儿童期教育的所有课程和日常生活中,以培养对个人和集体福利至为根本的美德,培养个人强烈的服务愿望和对其家庭、社区、和国家乃至全人类福利的责任意识。
~ 如何使儿童平等享有优质教育的权利,确保建立语言多样性的教育环境,从而超越偏见,实现包容和尊重?
在学习、磋商、行动、反思的循环过程中,我们不断地增进着悟识,办学思想、概念框架、教育原则和见解逐渐清晰起来——
教育有三种:物质的、人文的和精神的。
物质教育是关于身体的生长与发育的,通过获取身体所需的营养及物质上的舒适安逸,使身体健康成长。这个方面是人类和动物所共有的。
人文教育意味着文明和进步——即政府、管理、慈善、贸易、艺术、文化、科学、伟大的发明与发现、完备的机构等等,这些都是从本质上使人有别于动物的活动。
精神教育的目的在于获得各种高尚的美德,使人的内在品格得以完善,这是教育的最高层面,也是人类世界的最高目标。
~ 儿童教育,是创造一个适宜儿童发展的、物质与精神并存的教育环境,在培养儿童良好品格的基础之上,习得不同层面的知识与技能,发展儿童独特的个性。
~ 儿童教育应遵循整合性的原则:物质与精神的整合,理论与实践的整合,多语言与多文化的整合,学科之间的整合、复合能力的整合等等。
~ 儿童教育通过对语言多样性的尊重,开启对每一种文化的理解之门,从而实现有意义的对话和有效的国际合作。推广普及多语言教育,努力促进全民享有更优质多语言教育的学习机会,是人类社会可持续发展的必由之路,也是进一步推动落实“2030年可持续发展议程”及其17项可持续发展目标的重要标志之一。
正是带着这样的集体悟识,我们在不同的课程体系中;在学校、家庭、社区等不同领域中;在学习和运用的不同层面上,都进行着积极的思考、实践和不懈努力。特别是在过去的两年里,我们与“全球说”(Talkmate)紧密合作,在构建儿童多语言教育体系方面不断进行尝试与探索,双方共同秉承可持续发展优质教育、培养世界小公民的基本理念,发展和完善儿童品格,推动儿童多语言教育,进而推动人类未来教育。在这里我们分享几个主要特色:
康城幼儿园的启珍课程:
让所有的课程皆集中于获取人类的完美品质;把提升幼儿及教师的理解力作为教育的核心,以释放人的真正潜能,展现精神的美与力量。
家育苑幼儿园的美德服务:
“学习是为了让世界更美好”,除了身体强健和知识学习外,特别强调孩子们的美德教育和服务意识,希望能够培养出未来有爱心和有智慧的“给予者”和“奉献者”。
放眼全球的世界小公民项目--多语课程:
教学目标是在孩子纯洁的心灵中播下一颗超越国家与民族的、超越偏见的、充满博爱与温暖的小种子,在多语言课程体系与多元文化体验活动中把优质教育培养落到每个孩子的成长中。

教育知识属于人类大众,教育实践不受地域、经济和文化的限制。
未来教育就像一颗大树,经过悉心浇灌、常年坚持和耐心颐养,定会结出甘美的果实。“践行真正的教育这一情怀”和“服务于世界儿童的美好心愿”还将激励我们继续探索之路。

KORR Education Group ”Exploration and Practice on Children’s Education and Multi-lingual Education”
Distinguished Ambassadors and Permanent Delegates, Dear Ambassador Shen Yang, Colleagues from TalkMate and UNESCO, Ladies and gentlemen,Good Afternoon.
It's my great privilege to be invited by UNESCO and TalkMate, at the headquarters of UNESCO, to share the exploration and practice in the field of children’s education that we, along with TalkMate, have achieved, especially multilingual education. I am here with the founder of KORR Education Group, Mr.LIU Kefu, and members of our team. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude and warm greetings to all of you.
Over the last twenty two years since KORR Education Group was founded, we have discovered a unique element of development by observing a Child-Centered education philosophy, providing virtue education to nurture children’s spiritual development, utilizing a multi-lingual and multicultural education system and a specially designed environment which reveals cultural beauty.
Throughout our practice of children’s education, we keep exploring core concepts , such as :
● Humanity’s collective evolution is like an individual who has been through childhood and adolescence. Now it is heading towards maturity, how are we humans going to cultivate a new capacity to meet global societal needs?
● In the course of cultivating this new capacity, how can we popularize education exposing individuals and organizations to increased opportunities and improved conditions and thereby to help everyone to be equipped with knowledge, values, attitudes and skill sets which are essential to make a living, start a career and with full confidence to build a just, equal and united society?
● How can we fulfill the character development targets throughout the childhood education’s curriculum and daily life, so that this will cultivate virtues which are fundamental to an individual’s and collective well-being, to foster an individual’s strong sense of service and a responsibility for the well-being of his or her family, community, nation and the entire body of humanity?
● How can we secure a child’s equal right to receive quality education? How can we establish an educational environment that features language diversity that surpasses prejudice and reaches tolerance and respect?
In the cycle of learning, consultation, action and reflection, gradually we have gained more understandings. Our education ideals, concept structure, education principals and views come to light over time.----------
There are three kinds of education: material, human and spiritual education.
Material education is about physical growth and development. A body can grow healthily through obtaining nutrition and physical comfort and rest which the body needs. This area applies commonly to human beings and animals.
Human education means civilization and progress, that is, government, management, philanthropy, trade, art, culture, science, great inventions, discovery and sophisticated organizations. All these mentioned above differentiates human beings fundamentally from animals.
Spiritual education aims to attain all kinds of exalted virtues, to acquire the perfections latent in an individuals’ character. This is the highest level of education and also the ultimate goal of the human world.
● Children’s education aims to create an educational environment that is suitable for child development, both in material and spiritual terms. It cultivates a good character as its foundation and then aids children to acquire different levels of knowledge and skills and thereby help develop their unique personalities.
● Children’s education should follow the principle of integration: integration of material and spirit, theory and practice, multi-lingual and multicultural combinations, integration of different subjects, and the combining of comprehensive skills, etc.
● By means of respecting the diversity of languages, children’s education could open the door to the understanding of every culture and to the engagement of meaningful dialogues and effective international co-operation. To promote and promulgate multi-lingual education and high-quality multi-lingual education opportunities for the public are the essential pathways for human society's sustainable development. It is also an important symbol to bring forward the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
With these collective enlightenments, we have been reflecting, acting and striving from different perspectives in terms of varied curriculum; in school、 family and community; in what we learn and apply our learning to practice. In the last two years we have been working closely with TalkMate, continuously exploring and investigating how to establish children’s multilingual education systems. Both parties believe in the concept of providing sustainable quality education and raising young world citizens. Together we develop and modify children's characters, promote children's multi-lingual education and furthermore promote the future education of human society.
Here we would like to share several key characteristics:
‘Hidden Gems’ Curriculum in KangCheng Kindergarten.
The entire syllabus concentrates on obtaining perfect human attributes, placing the exaltation of the children’s and teachers' understandings as the core of education. It aims to unblock true human potential and to demonstrate the beauty and power of spiritual souls.
Virtue Service Project in Family Learning House Kindergarten.
"To learn is to bring betterment to the world." Apart from building a strong and healthy body and gaining subject knowledge, this project puts special emphasis on virtue education and the sense of service, in the hope of raising loving and intelligent "givers" and "servers”.
“Little World Citizen” multicultural and multi-lingual
Curriculum, a program World-embracing vision
The teaching goal is to plant a seed inside children’s young hearts, a seed surpassing nation and race, beyond prejudice, and filled with love and warmth. Quality education has been implemented in a multi-lingual curriculum, a multicultural experience and activities throughout all the stages in every child’s development.
Knowledge of Education belongs to the public. Educational experimentation surpasses the restrictions of regions, economy and culture.
Education in the future is like a tree. It's bound to breed luscious fruits with attentive watering, persevering care and patient nurturing. The “devotion to providing true education "and “good will to serve the global children" will keep motivating us to investigate and explore.
A wonderful world begins with our children.
